Published Monday, January 7, 2019I have a history of depression and anxiety and called Kaiser in October to schedule an appointment. I was told I couldn’t be seen until January 17. My mother was diagnosed with cancer shortly after, and my anxiety worsened. I called Kaiser several times and explained why I needed more immediate care. They said someone would check for cancellations and call me back. But nobody did. I have to wait another month to be seen, and afraid that I be able to get the consistent care I need. This is absurd.
