Kaiser, Don't Deny

Referred to Beacon and left 75 messages for therapists

I was given an outside referral to Beacon. I spent a Saturday leaving 75 voice messages for different therapists. Every therapist that called me back said they either were taking no new clients or would only take cash and not insurance; they started at $125 an hour at the low end. Kaiser then gave me a referral to an app called AbleTo where the therapist there said I was clinically depressed and needed an outpatient provider at Kaiser, referring me back to Kaiser. Kaiser then referred me back to Beacon. When I ask to speak to a therapist at Kaiser I am ghosted with no followup. This has been ongoing for months.
