Referred out, but no one taking Kaiser patients

Published Monday, August 22, 2022

My son couldn’t get any mental health services because they said they were over max capacity and contracting out, however no one was taking Kaiser patients. We pay out of pocket for the platinum plan. My boyfriend sees his therapist once a month because that’s all they could do, even though he needs more intense and frequent therapy.
