Northern California Kaiser therapists win major gains as strike concludes
The agreement includes breakthrough provisions to retain staff, reduce wait times for patients, and a plan for labor and management to collaborate on transforming Kaiser’s model for providing mental health care. Read more.

Workers ratified a three-year agreement that will boost wages 23 percent on average, while allowing per diem and part-time members to convert to part-time and full-time status. Read more.

Approximately 850 registered nurses and professionals have authorized a strike to demand that the largest for-profit hospital in Orange County address understaffing and equipment issues that are putting patients at risk. Read more.
