Need more than Kaiser will give

I have experienced multiple traumas, over decades, and Kaiser only wants to give me nine visits with a therapist to solve it all. How can they expect me to work through what took years to develop in only nine sessions, which are spaced weeks and even months apart? My therapist is great, but there is no way that will work.
