Kaiser never calls back for appointments

I was having severe panic attacks and was very depressed after COVID. I felt like I wanted to end it all. I have five beautiful kids and the fear of leaving them stopped me. I had seen a therapist but because it was within a certain time frame, I called the Kaiser appointment center to do intake again and was told I would get a call back for an appointment after and never did. If something happens to me, Kaiser is at fault. They never call back for appointments; they never want to let you see anyone. This is just out right wrong. I need help but can’t be seen!
