I gave up on therapy
Published Saturday, April 20, 2019I’ve repeatedly asked Kaiser for more frequent therapy sessions, but Kaiser seems incapable of providing appointments less than six weeks apart. Sometimes they’re as far as eight weeks apart. I was told if I needed more frequent psychotherapy, Kaiser would have to pay for me to receive it outside of their practice, but I’ve never been able to find access to that service. I gave up on therapy because there’s nothing productive to meeting six times per year.
