I can’t wait months to get help

Depression runs in my family. I have been seeing therapists and taking medicine since the age of 14. I’ve gone through some very hard events and experiences recently and really need to see a therapist again. I called to make an appointment at the beginning of June. They told me they didn’t have an opening for a month. Now I’m struggling every day through anxiety attacks, deprived of much-needed help. I’m living in a war with my brain. I can’t wait months to get help. Its impairing my ability to function and putting a strain on my relationships. I need help. I shouldn’t have to wait months and go through these stupid processes.
