Completely Unresponsive

I have lived with depression and anxiety for all my life, but did not seek care because of lack of coverage. I thought that I would be able to finally receive quality healthcare when I became covered by Kaiser, but it has been months and I have not been able to see a therapist. I was referred to an outside network since Kaiser does not have the staff to provide me with a therapist, and that network has been completely unresponsive and has not provided me with a therapist despite my consistent calling.
