Changing psychiatrists took more than a month

The only good experience I’ve had with Kaiser is with two psychiatrists themselves, but every other experience has been horrid. I waited over a month to get an online therapist appointment and when it finally came the therapist was not a good match at all. I was told I was a drama seeker because I said I wanted to take care of myself better and get rid of my executive dysfunction. So now I have to wait another month or longer to get a new therapist. They also do not make it that easy. I’ve had a psychiatrist in the past who also didn’t believe in medicine so that was fun too!
