SVMH members ratify new one-year contract by 99.6% margin
Over the last three days, NUHW members at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital voted by a 99.6% margin to ratify a new, one-year contract.
The new contract, which becomes effective August 1, 2020, protects all current benefits and working conditions. Additionally, members will receive a three percent (3%) raise effective the first pay period in August 2020.
This new agreement will allow us to continue focusing on taking care of our patients, our co-workers, and our families in these difficult times.
Finally, with this new agreement, we welcome the Rehabilitation Therapists and the Laboratory Aides who have voted to join our Union.
