Petition for safe staffing and respect at Seton during the COVID-19 pandemic
Enough is enough! We, the undersigned NUHW members, are dedicated to serving Seton patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Like everyone, our lives are turned upside down right now, but we remain committed to work on the frontlines during the pandemic. Despite our dedication, Seton administration does not honor our seniority nor provide adequate PPE, regular shifts, or reliable income. Nor does Seton provide us with adequate physical distancing or infection control; timely, clear communication about changes to our shifts or working conditions, how to maintain our pay, or how to access testing,
We demand that Seton immediately resolve these issues so Seton workers can focus on what we do best — taking care of our patients and our families.
