As a result of taking this course, participants will be able to: Identify two common barriers to receiving mental health care within the current healthcare system.Describe two changes in patient care procedure that would remove barriers to mental health care. Explain one area where the law mandates that healthcare workers advocate for patients’ rights to receive mental health care.
