In August, NUHW members secured Penalty Pay for payroll errors at Queen of the Valley Medical Center, won big raises at West Anaheim Medical Center, worked with management to reduce caseloads and improve access to mental health care for Kaiser patients in Northern California, continued their fight to make Kaiser provide adequate mental health care in Hawai’i, and welcomed even more members at Keck-USC.
