That’s not what I call help

Published Thursday, October 6, 2022

When my father committed suicide, I booked an appointment with Kaiser and after 20 minutes they told me my time was up. I was shocked! They never told me it was a 20 minute appointment. The next appointment they had for me was about six to eight weeks out. That’s not what I call help. I went outside Kaiser for help because my mental health comes first. I did make a complaint to member services.
