Kaiser Workers Uniting Behind NUHW
Last weekend, Kaiser Service and Tech workers throughout the state gathered in both Northern and Southern California to get ready for a new election now that the federal government has thrown out last year’s election results due to SEIU’s cheating.
At Kaiser facilities all over California, even workers who led the charge against NUHW in 2010 have watched as SEIU abandoned their facilities after the vote, failed to represent workers, and agreed to contract concessions in secret deals with Kaiser management. Now these workers are leaving SEIU’s steward councils and joining our NUHW organizing committee, and getting ready to take their union back!
