I am saddened and angry at the way I was treated.
Published Thursday, March 7, 2019When I was pregnant with my son, I had horrible anxiety. I called Kaiser mental health services and was told it would take a month to get an appointment with a psychiatrist. I couldn’t believe it. I was in extreme distress, and the psychiatrist continued to recommend that I see someone weekly, but Kaiser could not help me with that. I pay Kaiser a lot of money and they failed to help me with basic mental health services. I am saddened and angry at the way I was treated.
