Another three months of waiting
Published Wednesday, October 16, 2019For most of my life I’ve been fighting depression. Early in 2019 I decided to finally do something about it. I called to make an appointment in April, on a weekend, and listened to a robot tell me to call during business hours. I tried again in May and got the ball rolling on my treatment. Another three months of waiting before I finally got to talk to a LMFT. If I’m not suicidal and keep making my premiums, then why would Kaiser bother helping me with my mental health?
