Anjahni Davi is a marriage and family therapist at Kaiser Permanente in Martinez.
What inspired you to pursue a career in behavioral health?
I’ve always been called to want to serve and help others. Especially those who have experienced some type of trauma or suffering. I strongly believe that we are all redeemable and can heal and grow. That joy is our divine right. And I love to support people and getting to that place.
How has being in NUHW helped you in your profession?
NUHW has helped me by giving the support needed to support those that we serve. By helping provide a work environment that best serves the people that we serve. NUH W also strongly advocates for those who are culturally diverse. That is something I feel passionately about and I love being with a union that has the same values.
