Kindred San Diego contract extension vote

During this season with COVID, our Employer has proposed to essentially extend our contract until November 30, 2022. 

In addition to the 1.25% wage increase scheduled in May 2021 for all Employees, Kindred is proposing the following wage increases:

November 2021 Wage Increases

Full-time and part-time employees:       

• with at least 6 months of service: will receive a 1.5% increase
• with at least 5 years of service, but less than 10 years: will receive a 2.5% increase
• with 10 or more years of service: will receive an 3% increase

August 2022 Wage Increases

• Full-time and part-time employees with at least 6 months of service  will receive 2.5% increase 
• Per diems with at least 6 months will receive a 1.25% increase
